I actually live about a block away from here, and much of what you say is simply not true. This project was a money grab for developers, and a huge negative for the Community. A great deal of public funds were spent on the project, and continue to be spent, for what amounts to a reduction in safety and quality of life. I don't know where you're getting "By the late 20th century, the aging building was one of the last naturally affordable apartments in Rosslyn," but I and many others have moved here since, and can ethically and honestly (naturally, you say?) afford to live here.
